Guests say
The majority of guests expressed significant dissatisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, citing issues such as mold, dirt, and poor hygiene in rooms and bathrooms. Several reviews also mentioned uncomfortable beds and maintenance problems, including broken fixtures and lack of amenities. However, some guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the hotel's central location and reasonable value for price in a few cases. Overall, positive experiences were limited and outweighed by negative feedback, particularly regarding cleanliness.
