The staff received many compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a pleasant stay. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as varied and satisfying. Cleanliness standards were generally high, with rooms and common areas well maintained. However, some guests found the rooms to be small or the air conditioning inadequate, and a few noted occasional noise issues or limited breakfast options.
