Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport. The staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Many reviewers appreciate the comfortable and spacious rooms, as well as the stylish decor.
