Many reviewers highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, contributing to a positive experience. However, some guests expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing issues such as slow room cleaning, rude staff, and delays in deposit returns. The pool also received criticism, mainly due to extra charges for access and outdated facilities. Superb stay in a truly great hotel. I was in a suite which was perfect for working remotely in Berlin from the room for a week. Great staff facilities and the spa isn’t to be missed!

Pros (+) Spa was amazing. Whirlpool and pool were fabulous. Staff were super friendly.
Cons (-) Food from room service was not great. (Super minor complaint!)

Scott, Jun 2019
Pros (+) Great view from the top floor and lounge great to relax in with a drink, although I used that less than previous visits, spending more time touring instead. Well appointed room, and lived the alarm clock/radio/phone with built in charging cables.
Cons (-) Bed was a bit harder than I remember most Intercontinental beds to be, and so I struggled to sleep on my side. Water in the shower seemed to cycle unexpectedly between expected temperature, hot and cold. Was not quite on the same par as the Singapore club lounges with personal recognition on returning subsequently to the lounge during the visit.

Cons (-) Nothing to dislike ...
