Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, which is close to public transport and city attractions, as well as the friendly and helpful staff who contributed positively to their stay. However, many were disappointed by the closure or poor condition of amenities such as the spa, recreational areas, and some room features. Cleanliness and comfort were generally appreciated, though a few guests noted issues with room maintenance and breakfast options. Overall, the hotel is valued for its convenience and service, but improvements to amenities are needed.

Okay
D Chrys, Oct 2019
Pros (+) The bed was two twins pushed together, quite uncomfortable. The hot tub on the roof wasn't very hot and the jets didn't work. The hallways are super dark and the lighting quite stark for the walls being basically black.
Cons (-) The breakfast was rather underwhelming. The eggs were obviously instant, which I guess it somewhat unavoidable.

Wonderful

Pros (+) Nice sized room. Very sexy. Attentive staff. Cool sauna and jacuzzi on top floor.
Cons (-) Beds need to have something so they don't move. You have to be ready for no privacy when in the bathroom. Rooms need more outlets and more logical lighting.

Pros (+) Location was great. Except for one fire/police incident that made us all leave the building that turned out to be nothing everything was good. Everyone at reception were nice and friendly. Except one, I arrive early. (1pm) I know check in was at 3pm and instead of a polite I'm sorry check in is at 3pm when asked for an realty check in I got a very curt and final, check ion is at 3pm, come back at ...
Cons (-) Better treatment from check in staff.
