Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were overwhelmingly dissatisfied with their stay at this hotel. The most common complaints centered around poor cleanliness in rooms and public areas, with many guests describing dirty sheets, bathrooms, and unpleasant odors. Several reviews mentioned that the advertised breakfast was not available, leading to disappointment. The pool was frequently reported as closed or in poor condition. While a few guests appreciated the location and found the beds comfortable, these positives were rare compared to the numerous negative experiences. Safety concerns, lack of amenities, and ongoing renovations also contributed to the negative sentiment.
