Guests say
Most guests were highly dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting dirty rooms, unhygienic bathrooms, cockroaches, and poor maintenance. Service also received negative feedback, with complaints about rude or unhelpful staff and issues with check-in for locals.
