Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The breakfast and food quality receive positive remarks, and some guests find the hotel to offer good value for the price. However, there are frequent complaints about poor service, untrained or unfriendly staff, and issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, pests, and inadequate toiletries.
