Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly highlight major cleanliness and maintenance problems, especially with rooms and bathrooms, including reports of cockroach infestations, bad odors, and poor hygiene. Service is frequently described as unhelpful or rude, and bed comfort is a recurring issue. However, a few guests appreciated the hotel's location and, in rare cases, the staff's behavior. Overall, the negatives far outweigh the positives, with cleanliness and maintenance being the most critical concerns.
