Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near transport hubs and appreciate the helpfulness of the staff. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many describing rooms and bathrooms as dirty, poorly maintained, and under renovation. Several reviews mention that the property is old, with broken fixtures and misleading photos online. Some guests found the rooms spacious and the price reasonable, but overall, the negative aspects, especially regarding cleanliness and maintenance, outweigh the positives for most visitors.
