Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for events at Mineirão and proximity to UFMG. The breakfast was frequently highlighted as a positive aspect, with several guests enjoying its variety and quality. Friendly service and attentive staff were also mentioned positively. However, many reviews noted issues with parking, describing it as limited, tight, or difficult to use. Cleanliness was another concern, with some guests reporting dirty rooms, bedding, and bathrooms.
