Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guest reviews express significant dissatisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, citing issues such as dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and lack of proper housekeeping. Bed comfort is another major concern, with several guests reporting uncomfortable mattresses or beds made from two singles pushed together. Noise levels are high, with complaints about thin walls, disruptive guests, and poor soundproofing. While some guests found the breakfast acceptable or good, others described it as disappointing or lacking in quality. Service also receives criticism, with mentions of unfriendly or unhelpful staff. Only a few reviews mention positive aspects such as good location or cost-benefit, but these are exceptions rather than the rule.
