Okay

Nice layout and location, but run down facilities. Cleaning services were very subpar (we stayed a week and they “cleaned” one time after me calling several times. Cleaning was emptying two bins and changing towels.) Gym was tiny. They seemed frustrated I asked to change one of the TV stations in the dining area for my little kids. Very pricey and no weekly break in rate. Okay, but not great.

Morning breakfast could’ve been better. On the day after Thanksgiving, showed up 30 min bf breakfast ended and they were running low and were not making more food. Would’ve liked some extra effort to make breakfast.

There was no coffee table in the living room even though there was more than enough room. Beds were VERY hard, way firmer than any hotel I can remember. Poorly maintained, from the dirty decking and stairs with moss, to the carpet that turned white socks brown and hairballs ...
