Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting its proximity to the ocean, ferry, and city attractions. Many reviews noted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with some guests mentioning standout employees and attentive service. Breakfast was generally appreciated, especially when included or buffet-style, though a few guests desired more variety. However, significant concerns were raised about the cleanliness of rooms and facilities, with multiple mentions of dirty linens, poorly maintained bathrooms, and unpleasant odors. The pool was a common disappointment, with several guests describing it as unclean or out of service. Overall, while the location and service were strong positives, cleanliness and pool maintenance were recurring issues.
