Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, delicious and varied breakfast, and friendly, helpful service. Cleanliness was also highlighted as a positive, with several reviews noting well-kept rooms and public spaces. However, there were repeated complaints about elevator issues, with some guests having to use stairs due to out-of-service lifts. Despite some negative experiences with room size, noise, and occasional maintenance problems, the overall impression was positive, especially regarding location, breakfast, and staff.
