Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing major attractions. The staff, especially individuals like Amira, Paul, and Ahmed, received high marks for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond, including offering room upgrades and late check-outs. While the service and location were standout positives, reviews were mixed regarding cleanliness, with some guests noting issues with room and bathroom upkeep. Room size and comfort were occasionally mentioned as areas for improvement, and a few guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing the need for renovation and discrepancies in pricing. Overall, the positives of location and service strongly outweighed the negatives for most guests.
