Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and convenient location close to major attractions and transport. Many appreciated the comfortable beds, good amenities, and quality breakfast. Some negative feedback focused on dated facilities, occasional noise, and issues with air conditioning or spa services, but these were outweighed by the positive experiences reported by most guests.

Pros (+) Staff attempted to be friendly. Nice location.
Cons (-) Hotel seems dated. Water leaked from the shower and flooded the bathroom. Signs show this happens each time. I never got the WiFi to work but had a SIM so didn’t attempt to fix.
