Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient and pleasant location. Many found the food in the restaurant or pub to be enjoyable, and several appreciated the character and cleanliness of the public areas. However, there was widespread disappointment with the breakfast, which was often limited to a basic continental option in a bag, falling short of expectations for a cooked breakfast. Some guests also noted issues with room cleanliness and maintenance, such as tired decor, cracked tiles, and uncomfortable beds. Overall, while the service and location were highlights, improvements to breakfast and room upkeep are needed.
