Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and friendly staff. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness, with several guests noting dirty rooms, dusty surfaces, and maintenance issues. The breakfast was often described as disappointing, with limited hours and mediocre quality. The pool and water park were popular but faced criticism for cold water, limited lifeguard presence, and early closures. Overall, while the hotel offers good amenities and a helpful staff, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast quality, and pool operations.
