The staff was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and multilingual, and the hotel’s cleanliness was noted positively in several reviews. Breakfast on the terrace and the overall atmosphere were also appreciated. However, several guests complained about noise from traffic and poor soundproofing, as well as uncomfortable beds and dated furnishings.
