More shower water was hot even at the lowest or coldest level. Several of my friends indicated a similar issue. Water was either only cold or only hot. One friend reported her water was hot and her phone did not work.

The hotel outside is beautiful but the room was horrendous. Everything was old and rusted and dirty. Pubic hair all over the bathroom and again anything you can think of was dirty.

Your booking company cancelled our reservation without notifying us. We were left stranded as all hotels in the area were full. We will never use Kayak ever again.
