Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting issues such as stained sheets, roaches, rats, and general lack of maintenance. Service was also a major concern, with mentions of rude staff, poor customer service, and lack of basic amenities like towels. However, a few guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the airport and found the rooms to be spacious. Breakfast quality was generally considered poor. Overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives, but the proximity to the airport and room size were noted as advantages by some guests.
