Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel’s excellent location near ferry terminals and shops, as well as the friendliness of the staff. Many found the rooms to be spacious and generally clean, with comfortable beds and good facilities for the price. However, some guests raised concerns about inconsistent cleanliness (noting stains or occasional pests), extra charges for amenities, and issues with booking accuracy or breakfast. Overall, the hotel is considered a good value, especially for short stays, with its positive aspects outweighing the negatives for most visitors.
