Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, especially its proximity to the river and city center, and many found the staff to be friendly and attentive. However, numerous reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities, including problems with room upkeep, old or broken facilities, and a lackluster breakfast. While some guests enjoyed the natural surroundings and relaxing atmosphere, others were disappointed by poor hygiene, outdated rooms, and limited breakfast options. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its setting and service, but needs improvement in cleanliness and maintenance.
