Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's superb central location, making it easy to access major attractions and public transport. The staff consistently received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and valuable local tips, which enhanced guests' experiences. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms were also appreciated. However, several guests mentioned issues with the old elevator, including it being out of order at times, which caused inconvenience. Overall, the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives, making this hotel highly recommended by its guests.
