Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to transportation, shopping, and local attractions. Cleanliness is also frequently praised, with many noting tidy rooms and bathrooms. However, breakfast receives significant criticism for its limited variety and quality, and several guests mention issues with service, including unhelpful staff and poor handling of guest concerns. The pool is mentioned as smaller than expected and sometimes crowded. Overall, while the hotel excels in location and cleanliness, improvements are needed in breakfast offerings, service, and pool facilities.
