Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Many found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several positive mentions of service at reception and during breakfast. Bed comfort was highlighted in multiple reviews, with guests noting good pillows and restful sleep. Cleanliness received mixed feedback: while some guests described rooms as clean and tidy, others reported issues such as dust, unpleasant odors, and, in one case, pests. Overall, the positives centered on the convenient location, attentive service, and comfortable beds, though there were occasional concerns about room cleanliness and maintenance.
