Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, convenient location, and comfortable beds. However, many reviews mention significant issues with the bathrooms, such as shared facilities located on different floors, unpleasant odors, and lack of clear information during booking. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests experiencing unresponsive or absent staff, while others found the staff friendly and helpful. Overall, the positives focus on clean rooms, good beds, and a practical location, but recurring complaints about bathrooms and service detract from the experience.
