Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms, the quality and variety of the breakfast, and the pool facilities, especially for families with children. However, there were repeated complaints about the level of service, with some staff described as unhelpful or unfriendly, and issues with cleanliness in both rooms and shared spaces. Some guests also experienced problems with accessibility and misleading information about amenities.
