Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its excellent value for money, convenient location near restaurants and public transport, and spacious, comfortable rooms. However, there are significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, infrequent housekeeping, and pest issues. Service is also a common complaint, with several guests describing rude or unhelpful staff. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and a great location, improvements are needed in cleanliness and customer service.
