Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the friendliness of the staff, highlighting efficient housekeeping and helpful reception. However, there is widespread disappointment and frustration due to the pool and gym being closed or under renovation without prior notice, which was a major reason for many bookings. Several guests also mention uncomfortable beds and issues with breakfast quality, but overall value for money and cleanliness are viewed positively.
