Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to shopping areas and public transport, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, there are frequent complaints about the quality of service, with staff described as unhelpful or inflexible, and issues with cleanliness, including reports of bugs and poor hygiene.
