Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to shopping areas and transport links. Cleanliness is also highlighted positively in several reviews, and some guests find the hotel to be good value for the price. However, there are frequent complaints about poor service, unfriendly staff, and issues with breakfast quality and variety. Room size and comfort, as well as some aspects of the bathroom, also receive criticism. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stand out, service and breakfast could be improved.
