Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for transport, shopping, and dining. The staff and management receive high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and flexibility, with several reviews highlighting their willingness to go above and beyond. Cleanliness is another standout, with many guests noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Spacious apartments and comfortable beds are also appreciated, though a few mention the beds as firm. The main drawback is the lack of in-room WiFi, which several guests found inconvenient. Some note the property is a bit dated or lacks certain amenities, but overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, making it a recommended choice for both short and long stays.
