Summary of reviews

Guests say

Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near public transport and local attractions, as well as its affordable pricing, which many found to be good value for money. However, there were frequent complaints about the quality of service, with several guests describing staff as unhelpful or unfriendly. Cleanliness was also a recurring issue, with reports of poor hygiene in rooms and bathrooms, and even a dead rat in one case. Many guests found the rooms to be uncomfortably small, lacking windows or proper ventilation. While some praised the proximity to amenities and the reasonable cost, the negative aspects of service, cleanliness, and room size were significant concerns for many visitors.
