Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests generally found the hotel to be clean, with comfortable rooms and a convenient location, especially for those visiting the nearby hospital. Many reviewers praised the staff for being helpful and friendly, although a few mentioned inconsistent or unfriendly service. The amenities, such as the gym and pool, were appreciated when available, but several guests were disappointed by unexpected closures or lack of communication about renovations. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good choice for cleanliness, location, and basic comfort, though improvements in service consistency and amenity availability would enhance the experience.
