Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location, helpful staff, and quality breakfast offerings. Many appreciated the convenient shuttle and e-bike services for getting into Banff, as well as the stunning mountain views from their rooms and the restaurant. However, several guests found the rooms to be small or dated, and noise from the nearby highway was a common complaint. Despite some concerns about value for price and room conditions, the overall experience was positive, especially for those prioritizing location and service.

Poor
Anonymous, Dec 2018
Cons (-) They charged me for 2 nights when I only stayed for one, Due to an error in the online booking dates. They would not refund me because they said it was not within their policy. The Deluxe room was tiny and definitely not worth the money.

Pros (+) Hotel was an older facility without an elevator. Several front desk attendants were unfriendly. The cleaning staff was not consistent had to ask for towels several times along with Kleenex and bathroom tissue.
Cons (-) Didn't have an elevator ... would of chosen a different hotel especially since we were on the second floor and had to carry our luggage upstairs.
