Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Bandung train station and local amenities, making it convenient for travelers. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean and comfortable, while others note issues with old furniture, musty smells, and dirty towels. Service is generally acceptable, though there are complaints about missed wake-up calls and slow responses. Wifi is a common point of dissatisfaction, as it is often unavailable in rooms or slow. Overall, the hotel's location stands out as its strongest feature, but improvements in cleanliness, service, and amenities are needed.
