Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. Many reviews complained about only one functioning elevator, causing long waits and inconvenience, especially in a multi-story building. Service was often described as slow, unhelpful, or unfriendly, and breakfast quality and variety were below expectations. However, some guests appreciated the spacious rooms and found the hotel suitable for families, with a few positive remarks about the view and value for price.
