Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, strategic location near city attractions, and spacious rooms suitable for families. The breakfast receives positive remarks for its variety and quality. However, several guests note issues with cleanliness, such as unpleasant odors, stained bedding, and worn towels, as well as occasional maintenance problems with air conditioning and bathroom facilities. Overall, the positives around service, location, and room comfort stand out, but there is room for improvement in housekeeping and maintenance.
