Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's strategic location, especially its proximity to Braga street and city attractions. Many also highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, with some memorable experiences of staff going above and beyond. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several reports of dirty rooms, bathroom problems, and even bed bugs. The bathrooms were often described as poorly maintained, with foul odors, rust, and drainage issues. The elevators were also noted as difficult to access. Despite these negatives, the positive aspects of location and service stood out for many guests.
