Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many complained about poor cleanliness, with issues such as dirty sheets, musty odors, and dusty rooms. Service was also criticized for being unhelpful and inflexible, especially regarding early check-in and staff responsiveness. Breakfast quality and variety were found lacking by several guests. Some mentioned small room sizes and a location that is somewhat far from the city center. However, a few guests appreciated the comfortable beds, helpful staff, and amenities like EV charging and a swimming pool. Overall, the hotel needs improvement in cleanliness, service, and breakfast quality to meet guest expectations.
