Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, the helpfulness of the staff. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, particularly in rooms and common areas. The pool and hot tub were frequently criticized for poor maintenance and cleanliness, and the breakfast offering was often mentioned as overpriced or not included. Service experiences varied, with some staff members receiving compliments while others were described as unresponsive or unprofessional. Overall, while the location stands out as a positive, there are notable concerns about cleanliness, amenities, and value for price.

Mediocre
Steven, Jun 2019
Cons (-) Thin walls with lots of noise and doors that slammed shut. The coffee was horrible, undrinkable.

Pros (+) I am not into all of the amenities of any place that I stay. I will never use the pool, but it is good to know that it is there when I change my mind. The staff is consistently attentive and kind to me! They will tell you that my concerns (noisy a/c for example) are based on the next guest's experience.
Cons (-) Continental breakfast would be a nice touch! The doors slam shut and it is unnerving when I am trying to unwind.

Pros (+) Really nice hotel. Convenient having a restaurant on site.
Cons (-) Wish breakfast was included.
