Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the beach and town, highlighting beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, especially in the restaurant and at reception. Many guests enjoyed the food, particularly breakfast and dinner, and found the hotel clean and comfortable. Some negative feedback included noise issues at night, small room sizes, lack of elevators, and occasional service lapses, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
