Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The staff received high marks for being friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and many guests found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The on-site restaurant and food offerings were frequently highlighted as excellent. However, several reviews mentioned noise issues, both from traffic and within the building, as well as some dated rooms and minor bathroom or heating concerns.
