Many guests praised the spacious rooms and some found the location convenient. However, cleanliness was a frequent concern, with reports of dirty rooms, old furniture, and poor bathroom conditions. Breakfast often disappointed, with limited options and poor service. Service quality varied, with some guests encountering unhelpful staff and others appreciating friendly personnel. While a few guests enjoyed upgrades and comfortable beds, issues like noise, lack of windows, and malfunctioning amenities were also mentioned.
