Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location near the freeway and local attractions. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with several guests noting very clean rooms while others reported issues like odors, stains, and leftover trash. Many were disappointed by unexpected charges for parking and breakfast, which was often advertised as included but required extra payment. The breakfast itself received negative remarks for limited options and quality. Amenities like the indoor pool and gym were appreciated, though some guests mentioned minor inconveniences such as towel availability. Overall, the hotel was seen as comfortable with good service, but with room for improvement in cleanliness, transparency of fees, and breakfast quality.
