Guests say
Guests appreciated the convenient location, spacious rooms, and generally good value for price. However, there were repeated complaints about the cleanliness of the hotel, particularly the pool, which several guests found dirty. Some noted issues with check-in delays, maintenance, and the lack of breakfast or limited amenities. While many found the staff friendly and the parking secure, concerns about the surrounding area's safety and some dated facilities were mentioned.
