Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently mentioned being relocated from the original hotel to a partner property, which caused confusion and some dissatisfaction with the service and communication. However, many guests appreciated the quality and variety of the breakfast, the convenient and quiet location, and the spacious and clean rooms. Staff friendliness and helpfulness were also noted positively in several reviews, and some guests enjoyed amenities like the pool and balconies. While there were complaints about lack of on-site facilities, restaurant closures, and occasional maintenance issues, the overall impression was positive for those who valued comfort, breakfast, and location.
