Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to the lake, city center, and local attractions. Many reviewers highlighted the friendly and professional staff, as well as the quality of the on-site restaurant. Comfortable beds and clean rooms were also appreciated. However, some guests noted ongoing renovations causing noise and dust, issues with the spa and pool being closed, occasional problems with WiFi, and dissatisfaction with breakfast and some aspects of service. Overall, positives outweighed the negatives, especially regarding location and hospitality.
